At BuddyPawz, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

2. Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • Be in the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened food, treats, or supplements
  • Grooming products that have been opened or used
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back using the provided return label or instructions

5. Return Shipping

Defective or Incorrect Items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria
  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Issue the refund to your original payment method

Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

7. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, we're happy to help with an exchange. Please contact us to arrange an exchange, and we'll guide you through the process.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

9. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send you the correct item at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

10. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items that show signs of use or wear
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us

12. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.

14. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
